作为企业生存的血液,资金的流入与流出都与企业存亡息息相关,资金的筹集、结算和划付、信用政策都决定着企业的兴衰。对于建筑施工企业而言,施工项目的资金管理过程复杂,涉及环节众多,各方利益相互交织。因此,要在复杂的施工进程中确保资金安全,节约资金成本,提高项目工程利润率,就必须针对项目资金管理风险采取措施。通过完善企业的内部控制制度,铺设稳定安全的融资渠道,建立健全的内部结算制度和资金集中调配财务系统,加快工程款回收,完善资金管理效益考核制度,企业可以大幅提升资金使用效率,有效降低施工项目资金链断裂的风险。
