通过实验,分别考察了催化剂、温度、三苯基磷以及气相组分中氢气、一氧化碳、丙烯对反应速度的影响。文中特别讨论了搅拌的影响问题。指出:由于搅拌速度的增加,从而提高了丙烯加氢反应速度。实验证明:在搅拌速度低于680rpm时,体系的反应速度明显随搅拌频率的增加而提高,但在搅拌速度高于750rpm之后,反应速度则随搅拌速度的提高而降低。本文还就氢气和一氧化碳在反应中的交互影响进行了讨论。
Through experiments, the effects of hydrogen, carbon monoxide and propylene on the reaction rate were investigated respectively in catalyst, temperature, triphenylphosphorus and gas phase components. In particular, the paper discusses the effects of mixing. It is pointed out that the reaction rate of propylene hydrogenation is increased due to the increase of stirring speed. Experiments show that when the stirring speed is lower than 680rpm, the reaction rate of the system increases obviously with the increase of stirring frequency, but the reaction rate decreases with the increase of the stirring speed when the stirring speed is higher than 750rpm. This article also discusses the interaction between hydrogen and carbon monoxide in the reaction.
