人工流产术是避孕失败的补救措施,手术简单不需特殊处理。由于人们对人工流产引起疼痛有恐惧心理,不能配合手术甚至出现人工流产综合征。我院近年来,将安定多点宫颈注射用于人工流产术,为便于观察及提高资料的准确性,固定专人施术,随机选择妊娠7～12周以内的要求人工流产无禁忌症者,取得满意效果。用药组140例,未用药组138例,年龄17～43岁,平均年龄在25岁左右,其中初孕妇83例,占59.3％,对照组74例,占53.6％,两组
