抗凝冰涂料贮存稳定性

为提高抗凝冰涂料的贮存稳定性,通过Gibbs吸附定理及Stokes沉降数学模型分析了抗凝冰涂料的贮存稳定性机理,提出了影响抗凝冰涂料贮存稳定性的因素有沥青颗粒周围的乳化剂吸附量、分散液的粘度η以及沥青颗粒与分散液之间的密度差Δρ,通过进一步分析认为影响抗凝冰涂料贮存稳定性的上述因素与抗凝冰剂/沥青的比值γ及抗凝冰涂料的固含量β密切相关,基于此分别研究了抗凝冰剂/沥青的比值γ及抗凝冰涂料的固含量β对抗凝冰涂料贮存稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明:当采用γ=0.26、β=59%时,所制备的抗凝冰涂料不仅具有良好的贮存稳定性,而且具有显著的抗凝冰效果。 In order to improve the storage stability of anticoagulant ice coating, the storage stability mechanism of anticoagulant ice coating was analyzed by Gibbs adsorption theorem and Stokes sedimentation mathematical model. The factors affecting the storage stability of anticoagulant ice coating were proposed as emulsification around asphalt particles The amount of adsorbed agent, the viscosity η of the dispersion, and the density difference Δρ between the pitch particles and the dispersion were further analyzed by further analyzing the ratio of the above factors affecting the storage stability of the anticoagulant coating to the ratio of the anticoagulant / pitch γ to the anticoagulant Β is closely related to the solid content β of the coating. Based on this, the influence of the ratio of the anticorrosion agent to the asphalt γ and the solid content β of the anticorrosive coating on the storage stability of the anticorrosive coating was studied respectively. The results show that: when using γ = 0.26, β = 59%, the prepared anticoagulant ice coating not only has good storage stability, but also has significant anti-freezing effect.
