为探讨环磷酰苷 (cyclicadenosinemonophosphate,cAMP)注射液对心脏的抗损伤作用。选择住院并行心内导管治疗的 39例患者 ,入选病例随机分为 3组 :术前用药组 (9例 )、术后用药组 (15例 )、未用药组 (对照组 15例 )。环磷酰苷注射液 40mg + 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml静脉点滴 3天。观察术前、术后 0 5h、6h、12h、2 4h、48h患者的心率、血压、心肌酶中谷草转氨酶 (AST)、血清磷酸激酶 (CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶 (CK -MB)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)。结果显示 3组在术前及术后血压、心率、无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。术前用药组ASTCK、CK -MB、LDH4种心肌酶峰值均低于对照组和术后用药组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对照组、术后用药组两组间峰值无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。表明外源性cAMP通过改善心肌细胞的代谢 ,从而对抗心肌细胞的损伤
To investigate the anti-injury effect of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) injection on heart. Thirty-nine patients selected for intra-cardiac catheterization were randomly divided into three groups: preoperative medication group (n = 9), postoperative medication group (n = 15), and non-medication group (n = 15). Cyclophoside injection 40mg + 5% glucose 250ml intravenously for 3 days. The heart rate, blood pressure, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), serum creatine kinase (CK), creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) in patients with preoperative and postoperative 0-5h, 6h, 12h, ), Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). The results showed that there was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the three groups before and after operation (P> 0.05). The peak values of myocardial enzymes of ASTCK, CK-MB and LDH in preoperative medication group were all lower than those in control group and postoperative medication group (P <0 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in control group and postoperative medication group (P > 0 0 5). That exogenous cAMP through the improvement of myocardial cell metabolism, and thus against myocardial cell injury
