目的对我院产科分娩的新生儿的听力筛查结果进行分析,并探讨新生儿听力筛查新技术的临床应用,以尽可能早地发现有听力障碍的个体。方法环境和新生儿均相对安静的条件下,采用耳声发射仪(CDPOAE)测试,由受过专门培训的医生操作,仪器显示“pass”为通过,“refer”为未通过;42天复筛,复筛仍未通过者,及时转诊至省听力筛查中心进行脑干诱发电位检查,以做出听力障碍的最终诊断。结果新生儿先天性听力损伤发病率居残疾之首,对每名新生儿进行听力筛查是完全有必要的,可帮助我们尽早发现听力损伤儿童,以达到早期干预的目的。结论我院作为少数民族地区妇幼保健机构,应规范临夏州少数民族地区新生儿听力保健工作,以便早期发现有听力障碍的儿童,降低聋哑儿的发病率,提高人口素质。
Objective To analyze the results of hearing screening of newborns in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital and to explore the clinical application of new technology of hearing screening in neonates to find individuals with hearing impairment as early as possible. Methodology and neonatal conditions are relatively quiet, the use of otolaryngology instrument (CDPOAE) test, by a specially trained doctor operation, the instrument shows “pass ” is passed, “refer ” is not passed; Day complex screening, complex screening has not yet passed, promptly referral to the provincial hearing screening center for brainstem response to make a final diagnosis of hearing impairment. Results neonatal congenital hearing loss incidence of disability first in the hearing of each newborn is absolutely necessary to help us early detection of hearing-impaired children, in order to achieve the purpose of early intervention. Conclusion As a MCH institution in ethnic minority areas, our hospital should regulate the hearing and health care of newborn babies in ethnic minority areas in Linxia so as to find out children with hearing impairment early, reduce the incidence of deaf mute and improve the quality of the population.
