粗集料是沥青混合料骨架结构的重要组成部分,不同种类和性质的粗集料对沥青混合料性能的影响各不相同。选取了7种不同种类和产地的粗集料,进行了基本物理力学性能试验,并以AC-16C粗型密级配为例,考察了不同粗集料对沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明,粗集料性能对沥青混合料高温稳定性和水稳定性具有显著的影响,对低温抗裂性无影响,在固定其他条件的情况下,粗集料表观密度越小、吸水率越大,其沥青混合料动稳定度D S和劈裂强度比TSR越大。
Rough aggregate is an important part of the asphalt aggregate skeleton structure. The influence of different types and properties of coarse aggregate on the performance of asphalt mixture varies. Seven kinds of coarse aggregates of different kinds and producing areas were selected and their basic physical and mechanical properties were tested. Taking AC-16C rough grading as an example, the effects of different coarse aggregates on the properties of asphalt mixture were investigated. The results show that the performance of coarse aggregate has a significant effect on the high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture and has no effect on the low temperature crack resistance.
