为探讨CTL-Fas-FasL系统在急慢性乙型肝病中的作用,本文采用免疫组化法对110例急慢性乙型肝病组织中的Fas抗原和FasL的表达进行了检测。结果Fas和FasL的表达率急性乙肝分别为55.3%和60.5%、慢性乙肝87.0%和84.8%、肝硬化80.0%和70.0%、慢重乙肝100%和100%(P<0.05);慢性乙肝其肝组织Fas和FasL的表达强度与患者的年龄、性别和血清ALT水平无关,而与血清A、A/G、PTA和TBIL水平有关。结果表明,由CTL-Fas-FasL系统介导的肝细胞凋亡,在急慢性乙型肝病的发病机制中起了重要的作用
In order to investigate the role of CTL-Fas-FasL system in acute and chronic hepatitis B, the expression of Fas antigen and FasL in 110 cases of acute and chronic hepatitis B were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of Fas and FasL were 55.3% and 60.5% for acute hepatitis B, 87.0% and 84.8% for chronic hepatitis B, 80.0% and 70.0% for cirrhosis, 100% And 100% respectively (P <0.05). The expression of Fas and FasL in the liver of patients with chronic hepatitis B was not correlated with the age, sex and serum ALT level of the patients with chronic hepatitis B, but with the serum levels of A, A / G, PTA and TBIL.
