离职率是企业或单位用以衡量内部人力资源流动状况的重要指标,代表企业或单位人力资源的稳定程度。对于企业或单位而言,离职率过高,特别是主动离职人数过高,将会带来较高的直接成本和间接成本。因此,如何保持合理的离职率,成为我们面临的重要课题。我们对2008-2012年间北京血液中心离职员工的基本情况和离职原因进行分析,旨在找到对应的解决措施,达到维持员工队伍的相对稳定的目的,促进采供血业务的科学发展,报告如下。
The turnover rate is an important indicator that enterprises or units use to measure the internal human resources flow and represents the stability of the human resources of the enterprises or units. For enterprises or units, over-delivery rates, especially over-active ones, will result in higher direct costs and indirect costs. Therefore, how to maintain a reasonable turnover rate has become an important issue for us. Based on the analysis of the basic conditions and the causes of the turnover of staff leaving Beijing Blood Center during 2008-2012, we aim to find corresponding solutions to achieve the purpose of maintaining a relatively stable workforce and promoting the scientific development of blood collection and supply business. The report is as follows.
