目的分析128例疑似生长激素缺乏(GHD)的矮小儿童血清中生长激素(GH)的水平。方法采用放射免疫法(RIA)对128例疑似GHD的矮小儿童进行左旋多巴、精氨酸激发试验,检测用药前及用药后30、60、90、120min时血清中GH水平。结果激发试验的阳性率左旋多巴为49.22%,精氨酸为38.28%,左旋多巴激发的峰值在60~90min(57/63),精氨酸激发的峰值多出现在30min(31/49),GH激发试验阴性20.31%。结论左旋多巴和精氨酸激发试验有较高的阳性率,能够为GHD的诊断及治疗提供理论依据。
Objective To analyze the serum levels of growth hormone (GH) in 128 short stature children suspected of having growth hormone deficiency (GHD). Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to test 128 levodopa and arginine provocation test in dwarf children with suspected GHD. The levels of GH in serum were detected before and 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes after treatment. Results The positive rate of provocation test was 49.22% for levodopa, 38.28% for arginine, 60-90 minutes for levodopa (57/63), and arginine peak for 30 minutes (31/49 ), GH provocation test negative 20.31%. Conclusion Levodopa and arginine provocation test have a higher positive rate, which can provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of GHD.
