目前,中南各地农民正在忙于夏收。紧接着夏收,就是夏征。各级人民政府正在集中力量,领导农民进行夏收,并开始布置夏征工作。不用说,这是当前最繁重最紧张的一个工作中央人民政府政务院已于日前颁布关于新区夏征工作的决定。中南军政委员会根据这一决定的精神和中南区实际情况,也于今日发布了关于夏征的指示和实施办法。各省也将根据不同情况,制订更详细的实施细则。 At present, peasants in Central and South Africa are busy with summer harvest.
