目的:了解我院抗菌药物致不良反应发生特点及规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法:通过对我院2008年1月~2010年3月自发呈报的168例抗菌药物致不良反应报告进行回顾性分析,对引起不良反应的药品种类、给药途径、临床表现以及患者的年龄、性别、不良反应史等方面进行统计、分析。结果:168例抗菌药物致不良反应报告中成年人比例最大,给药途径以静脉滴注为主,主要不良反应为皮肤及其附件损害。结论:临床应加强抗菌药物致不良反应监测,实行个体化给药,减少抗菌药物不良反应的发生。
Objective: To understand the characteristics and rules of adverse reactions caused by antimicrobial agents in our hospital and provide reference for clinical use. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 168 cases of adverse drug reactions reported from January 2008 to March 2010 in our hospital. The types of drugs, route of administration, clinical manifestations and age, Gender, history of adverse reactions and other aspects of statistics, analysis. Results: 168 cases of adverse reactions caused by antibiotics reported the largest proportion of adults, intravenous infusion of the main route of administration, the main adverse reactions of damage to the skin and its annexes. Conclusion: Clinical should strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions caused by antimicrobial agents, and implement individualized administration to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of antimicrobial agents.
