用次磷酸钠还原钼酸盐为钼蓝以测定钯的方法,灵敏度均不高。文献用甲酸还原磷钼酸测定铂钯合量,并加入金盐以提高灵敏度,但效果不甚显著。本文建议加入小量汞盐以提高钼蓝法的灵敏度。实验结果表明,在0.4-0.8M盐酸溶液中,钯(Ⅱ)-汞(Ⅱ)对次磷酸钠还原磷钼酸的反应具有强烈的催化作用,钯浓度在0.001-0.01μg/ml范围内与蓝色产物的吸光度有线性关系,检出限为0.0005μg/ml。灵敏度较现有文献提高约二个数量级。本文对反应机理进行了初步探讨。
