目的分析2型糖尿病肾病患者尿液电导率的变化以评价肾脏的浓缩功能。方法将142例2型糖尿病肾病患者按尿白蛋白排泄率分为A、B、C 3组,D组为健康对照组(n=50),分别检测各组人群的尿液电导率,分析它们在各组人群中有何不同。结果 A组尿液电导率明显低于其他3组(P<0.05),B组尿液电导率低于C、D两组(P<0.05),C组尿液电导率低于D组(P<0.05)。结论随着2型糖尿病肾病病情的进展,尿液电导率逐渐降低,尿液电导率可作为2型糖尿病肾病患者微循环障碍的临床观察指标,进而评价患者肾脏浓缩功能,为临床提供科学依据。
Objective To analyze the changes of urinary conductivity in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy to evaluate the renal concentration function. Methods 142 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were divided into groups A, B and C according to urinary albumin excretion rate, and healthy control group (n = 50) as control group.
