目的:研究降脂减肥胶囊的主要药效学,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用营养性肥胖模型,除空白组外(普通饲料),其余大鼠均喂饲高脂饲料,连续5周造模。5周后,将造模动物分为6组,每组10只。分别口服给予相应药物:千姿美0.22 g.kg-1,曲美1.38 mg.kg-1,降脂减肥胶囊高,中,低剂量组分别为1.48,0.74,0.37 g.kg-1,空白组和模型组给同体积的水,并记录各组动物每天的进食量,连续5周。各组动物末次给药后,检测血清TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C的含量;计算Lee’s指数、脂肪指数、全视野中的脂肪细胞个数,并用测微器测量脂肪细胞的大小。结果:降脂减肥胶囊口服给药,可使高脂饲料引起的营养性肥胖模型大鼠的体重明显减轻,血清TC、LDL含量明显降低,血清HDL含量明显升高,显著降低大鼠脂肪指数,增加全视野的脂肪细胞数量,缩小脂肪细胞体积。结论:该药可对抗高脂饲料所致的营养性肥胖的发生。
Objective: To study the main pharmacodynamics of lipid-lowering slimming capsules and provide experimental basis for clinical application. METHODS: Using a nutritional obesity model, except for the blank group (ordinary feed), the remaining rats were fed high-fat diet for 5 weeks. After 5 weeks, the model animals were divided into 6 groups of 10 animals each. The corresponding drugs were given orally separately: Qianzimei 0.22 g.kg-1, Qumei 1.38 mg.kg-1, and the high, middle and low doses of Jiangzhi slimming capsules were 1.48, 0.74, 0.37 g.kg-1, respectively. Group and model groups were given the same volume of water, and the daily food intake of each group of animals was recorded for 5 consecutive weeks. After the last dose of each group of animals, the serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C were measured; the Lee’s index, the fat index, and the number of fat cells in the whole field were calculated, and the size of the adipocytes was measured with a micrometer. RESULTS: Oral administration of Jiangzhi slimming capsules could significantly reduce the body weight of rats with nutritional obesity induced by high-fat diet, and significantly decreased serum TC and LDL levels. Serum HDL levels increased significantly, and the rats’ fat index was significantly reduced. Increase the number of fat cells in the entire field of view and reduce the volume of fat cells. Conclusion: This drug can counteract the occurrence of nutritional obesity caused by high-fat diets.
