目的探讨在语言训练基础上,结合高压氧治疗脑瘫儿童语言障碍,观察其临床效果及对患儿语言障碍的改善,并分析其作用机制。方法选择湛江市妇幼保健院2013年1月-2015年1月脑瘫患儿68例,均伴有语言障碍,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各34例,对照组患儿给予语言训练,研究组患儿应用语言训练结合高压氧进行治疗。半年后进行评估,主要评估治疗后临床效果、语言发育迟缓及综合评估。结果研究组患儿显效率为高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患儿治疗后语言理解发育商(DQ)和语言表达DQ均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗后语言能力、认知能力、运动功能、自理动作和社会适应性均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论语言训练结合高压氧治疗脑瘫儿童语言障碍具有较好的临床效果,能够显著改善患儿的语言障碍,提高患儿的发育状况,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in children with cerebral palsy on the basis of language training and to improve the language impairment in children with cerebral palsy, and to analyze its mechanism of action. Methods Sixty-eight children with cerebral palsy were selected from January 2013 to January 2015 in Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. All children with language impairment were randomly divided into study group and control group with 34 cases in each group. Children in control group were given language training , Study group children with language training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Six months after the assessment, the main assessment of clinical outcomes after treatment, language development and comprehensive assessment of delay. Results The effective rate of children in study group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the children of study group had higher DQ and DQ than those of control group , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the ability of language, cognition, motor function, self-care and social adaptability in study group were higher than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion language training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for children with cerebral palsy language disorder has a good clinical effect, can significantly improve children’s language barrier, improve children’s development, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
