Database marketing is an emerging means and an important way for enterprises to discover sales opportunities and formulate sales strategies. This article briefly discusses the importance of database marketing in identifying market segments from the connotation and composition of database marketing and its relationship with CRM. At the same time, it analyzes the problems that CRM should pay attention in database marketing.
