小儿腹腔小,目前常采用下腹横切口作为剖腹手术入路,术后切口瘢痕小。但常规的下腹横切口需横断下腹壁肌肉、血管及神经,故损伤比较大,术后恢复慢。近两年,作者等采用下腹横纹交叉切口,不切断下腹壁肌肉、血管和神经,不但损伤小,而且术野暴露良好,获得了满意效果,报道如下。 1 临床资料 自1995年9月至1997年10月,采用下腹横纹交叉切口进行小儿剖腹手术35例,男26例,女9例,年龄最小6天,最大12岁,平均5.1岁。其中小肠切除吻合10例,病种包括美克尔 Small abdominal peritons, abdominal transverse incision is often used as laparotomy surgery, incision scar.
