工频无芯感应炉(简称工频炉)在冶炼行业中是一种耗水量大的设备。1991年9月,我厂铸造车间安装一台1.5t 工频无芯感应熔炼炉,用以冶炼黑色金属。其设计使用的冷却水进水压力为0.2~0.3MPa,水温0~20℃,水质硬度<2.15IU/L,混浊度≤5度。出水压力为0.2~0.3MPa,温度≤50℃。冷却水进入感应圈后,流入循环水池,循环往复,达到冷却目的。设计冷却水流量为8000t/h。感应器是工频炉的加热部分,也是冷却系统的一部分,借助循环水带走感应器本身的热量和坩埚壁传来的大量热量。工频炉电源系统设有温度继电器,控制回水温度。当回水温度高于50℃时,温度继电器断电,以此保护设备不
Industrial frequency coreless induction furnace (referred to as industrial frequency furnace) is a large water consumption equipment in the smelting industry. In September 1991, a 1.5t industrial frequency coreless induction melting furnace was installed in the foundry of our factory to smelt ferrous metals. The cooling water inlet pressure is designed to be 0.2-0.3MPa, water temperature is 0-20°C, water hardness is < 2.15IU/L, and turbidity is less than 5°. The outlet pressure is 0.2-0.3MPa and the temperature is ≤50°C. After the cooling water enters the induction coil, it flows into the circulating water tank and circulates back and forth to achieve cooling. The design cooling water flow is 8000t/h. The inductor is the heating part of the industrial frequency furnace and is part of the cooling system. The circulating water removes the heat from the sensor itself and the amount of heat from the wall. The power frequency furnace power system is equipped with a temperature relay to control the return water temperature. When the return water temperature is higher than 50°C, the temperature relay is cut off to protect the equipment.
