ICU的患者因具有病情重、免疫力低、使用呼吸机、使用广谱抗生素等高风险因素,院内感染及呼吸机相关性感染的发生率较普通病房高,所以ICU是容易发生医院感染的场所。通过对加强环境、医务人员手卫生、医务人员感染相关知识培训等方面的细节管理,对ICU容易造成医院感染的环节进行有效干预。具体采取以下措施:要加强日常工作的管理,重视手卫生,严格执行无菌技术操作和消毒隔离制度,并改善消毒设备,控制医院内细菌的传播。加强对相关人员的培训,对新进入医院的医生护士进行医院感染宣传教育,从头做起,做好防治工作。要加强重点科室和人员的管理,提高医务人员的自我保护意识。通过细节管理措施的实施,提高了医务人员预防和控制医院感染意识,院内感染率显著降低。加强ICU病房细节管理对预防医院感染具有重要作用。
ICU patients are prone to nosocomial infections because of the high incidence of nosocomial infections and ventilator-associated infections due to their high severity of illness, low immunity, use of ventilators, and the use of high-risk antibiotics such as broad-spectrum antibiotics . Through effective management of details such as strengthening the environment, hand hygiene of medical personnel and knowledge training of medical staff, we can effectively intervene the link of ICU easily causing nosocomial infection. Specific measures to take the following measures: To strengthen the management of daily work, emphasis on hand hygiene, strict enforcement of aseptic technique and disinfection and isolation system, and to improve disinfection equipment, control of the spread of bacteria in the hospital. To strengthen the training of relevant personnel, new hospital doctors and nurses to carry out hospital infection awareness education, start from scratch, do a good job in prevention and treatment work. It is necessary to strengthen the management of key departments and personnel and raise the awareness of self-protection of medical personnel. Through the implementation of the detailed management measures, medical staffs have been strengthened to prevent and control hospital infection awareness, and hospital infection rate has been significantly reduced. Strengthening the management of ICU ward details plays an important role in preventing nosocomial infections.
