在互联网浪潮冲击下,组织扁平化、去中心化等新概念冲击着传统管理理念。当下广泛使用的社群概念已经引入了虚拟化、组织化的内涵,社群组织和市场、科层一样成为一种组织方式,而既有文献对组织内社群绩效的研究还不充分。本文通过对3家企业进行比较案例研究后发现:管控越弱化,社群组织的活跃程度越高;只有完全采用自负盈亏、独立核算的阿米巴模式的组织,组织经济绩效才有显著提高;社群引入管控程度不同的企业后,对企业平台的非市场属性即技术应用、组织管理、知识管理都产生不同的影响。本文结论对于厘清社群在组织管理领域的内涵有一定理论意义,对于传统组织选择是否模仿互联网企业进行组织结构再造,具有重要的参考价值。
Under the impact of the Internet wave, new concepts such as flattening of organization and decentralization have impacted the traditional management concept. The concept of community now widely used has introduced the connotation of virtualization and organization, as well as the social organization and the market, and the bureaucracy has become an organizational method. However, the existing literature has not sufficiently studied the social performance of the organization. After comparing the three companies, we found that the weakened regulation and control and the higher activeness of the community organizations, the economic performance of the organization can be significantly improved only when the wholly-owned and independent accounting amoeba organization is adopted completely. After the community has introduced enterprises with different degrees of control, they have different impacts on the non-market attributes of enterprise platforms, namely, the application of technology, organization and management, and knowledge management. This conclusion has certain theoretical significance for clarifying the connotation of the community in the field of organization and management and has an important reference value for whether or not traditional organizations choose to imitate the reorganization of the organizational structure of Internet companies.
