研究了大棚蔬菜作物连作条件下对土壤多糖的影响,测定了不同蔬菜连作土壤的多糖含量,并对土壤多糖的提取方法进行了优化。结果表明:对土壤样品进行6 h沸水浴处理,H2SO4浓度为2.0 mol/L条件下,多糖的提取效果最好;蔬菜连作土壤多糖含量的测定表明,连作4~5 a的大棚土壤多糖含量明显低于对照;种植叶菜类土壤的多糖含量高于种植果菜类土壤的含量,并且差异达到显著水平。
The effect of vegetable cropping on soil polysaccharides was studied. The content of polysaccharides in different vegetable continuous cropping soil was determined, and the extraction method of soil polysaccharides was optimized. The results showed that polysaccharide extraction was the best when the soil samples were treated by boiling water bath for 6 h under the concentration of 2.0 mol / L H2SO4. The content of polysaccharides in continuous cropping vegetables showed that the content of polysaccharide in the soil was significantly Lower than the control; the content of polysaccharide in leafy soil was higher than the content of soil in planting fruits and vegetables, and the difference reached a significant level.
