目的:应用两种方法对上颌第一前磨牙根管峡部的位置和发生情况进行研究,为根管治疗提供理论支持。方法:应用256排螺旋CT和RVG数字牙片成像技术研究上颌第一前磨牙根管解剖形态、根管峡部位置,并用256排螺旋CT作横断面扫描观察,并将两种方法对比研究。结果:根据RVG数字牙片系统拍摄的图像进行观测,根管峡部的发生率是23.26%,在距离根尖约6 mm处多发;根据螺旋CT断层扫描结果观测,根管峡部的发生率为44.19%,在距离根尖5.5 mm处多发;两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用256排螺旋CT与RVG数字牙片系统拍摄的图像进行比较,前者对牙根情况的判断更加准确,为临床治疗提供更加充足的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the position and occurrence of root canal isthmus in the maxillary first premolar by using two methods to provide theoretical support for root canal therapy. Methods: The anatomic morphology of the root canal and root isthmus in the maxillary first premolar were studied by 256-slice spiral CT and RVG digital dental imaging technique. The axial scan was performed with 256-slice spiral CT, and the two methods were compared. Results: According to the images taken by the RVG digital tooth system, the incidence of root canal isthmus was 23.26%, and the incidence was about 6 mm from the root tip. According to the results of spiral CT scan, the incidence of root canal isthm was 44.19. %, At the distance of 5.5 mm from the root tip; The difference between the two methods was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The images taken by 256-slice spiral CT and RVG digital tooth system are compared. The former is more accurate in judging the condition of root and provides a more adequate theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
