通过对支撑阀液压对重系统和机械式对重的进口调速系统的性能作的对比试验,测出两者的静、动态特性并综合其可靠性、经济性几个方面进行比较,指出,在立式机床上采用传统的机械重物来平衡移动部件的自重,无论在技术性能上还是在可靠性上都比较好,只有在某些特定的使用场合,如倾斜式机床、不易布置机械重物的机床以及移动部件重量较轻、所用立柱不易容纳机械重物的小型组合机床等,采用液压对重较好。图7幅。
