乳酸动力学的研究是对乳酸代谢动态平衡内在各种因素的综合。对近年来这一领域的研究进行分析，从动态的角度定量分析乳酸的产生和消除的结果，目的在于为训练方法的制定和训练效果的评定提供理论依据，把血乳酸指标应用水平提高一步。
The study of lactate kinetics is a synthesis of various intrinsic factors in the dynamic balance of lactate metabolism. Based on the research in this field in recent years, the quantitative analysis of lactic acid production and elimination results from a dynamic perspective, the purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of training methods and evaluation of the training effect, and to improve the level of application of the blood lactate index.
