本文介绍了隔振降噪浮筏装置设计中结构动力参数的选定,并以两台柴油发电机组的浮筏装置为实例进行了计算分析,探讨了各主要结构、动力参数对装置隔振、降噪效果的影响。作为比较,文中还给出了单台机组的双层隔振装置的计算分析,指出了设计良好的浮筏装置在隔振降噪效果方面和双层隔振装置相比是同等的,而在重量、体积指标方面则要更好些。
This paper introduces the selection of structural dynamic parameters in the design of vibration isolation and noise reduction floating raft device. The calculation and analysis of the floating raft device of two diesel generator units are carried out. The main structure and dynamic parameters are discussed. The effect of noise reduction. As a comparison, the calculation and analysis of single-unit double-layer vibration isolation device is also given. It is pointed out that a well-designed floating-raft device is equivalent to the double-layer vibration isolation device in terms of vibration isolation and noise reduction effect. Weight, volume indicators are better.
