核电厂一回路水压试验是在密封的状态,以水为介质,采用静压方式进行的耐压性试验,其目的是验证压力边界设备的密封性和结构强度,以及设备整体的安全裕度。文章阐述了核电厂一回路系统水压试验的目的和必要性,通过对比分析RCC-M(2000版+2002补遗)、RSE-M(97版+2000补遗)和ASME(2010版)中关于一回路水压试验周期、压力、水温、保压时间和验收准则的差异性,探讨了实施标准化水压试验的可行性,希望为今后实施核电厂一回路水压试验提供一定的参考。
The first-stage nuclear power plant hydrostatic test is in a sealed state with water as the medium, using a hydrostatic pressure test, the purpose of which is to verify the tightness and structural strength of the pressure boundary equipment and the overall safety margin of the equipment . This paper elaborates the purpose and necessity of hydrostatic test in the primary circuit of nuclear power plant. By comparing the RCC-M (Supplement 2000 + 2002), RSE-M (Supplement 97 + 2000) and ASME (2010) Loop hydraulic test cycle, pressure, water temperature, dwell time and acceptance criteria. The feasibility of implementing standardized hydrostatic test is discussed. It is hoped to provide some reference for the future implementation of hydrostatic test in nuclear power plant.
