选取了辖区内150名成人作为观察组,选择同一个区域里在性别比例、健康状况以及年龄等与观察组成人具有可比性的150名成人作为对照组。对观察组的成人接种流感疫苗的同时配合使用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液,对对照组的成人仅接种流感疫苗,分别进行观察其对流感的预防效果。观察组成人在接种流感疫苗和卡介菌多糖核酸注射液后3个月、6个月、9个月,与对照组注射流感疫苗的在流感样疾病的发病情况和治疗费用方面来进行分析比较,评价卡介菌多糖核酸注射液配合流感疫苗对成人的保护效果。结果观察组与对照组的成人进行对比分析,3、6、9个月内观察组发生流感样疾病的人数较少,而且由流感样疾病发生而导致的直接医疗费用以及因家人陪伴和误工而造成的间接费用也较少,观察组与对照组之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组成人接种卡介菌多糖核酸注射液配合流感疫苗后,仅少数成人出现发热和局部硬结等症状,且症状轻微,均可以自行缓解。成人接种卡介菌多糖核酸注射液配合流感疫苗后,其流感样疾病发病率有明显下降、治疗费用也显著减少,且疫苗接种副反应少、症状轻微,可自行缓解。因此,卡介菌多糖核酸注射液能够提高机体的免疫力,能够抵御流感病毒。
