利用水热法成功合成了六方片状LaF3,CeF3,PrF3,NdF3,环状SmF3,EuF3,GdF3,花生状DyF3和枣核状YbF3。结合X-射线衍射分析和SEM照片发现稀土氟化物的形貌与其结构密切相关,SmF3是其形貌变化的过渡点,这明显不同于稀土化合物其他化学性质方面的钆断效应。同时探讨了以NaBF4为氟源水热制备稀土氟化物时pH对其形貌的影响。最后探讨了LaF3:Ce,Tb以及LaF3:Yb,Er的发光性质进行了研究。
Hexagonal lamellar LaF3, CeF3, PrF3, NdF3, SmF3, EuF3, GdF3, DyF3 and YbF3 were synthesized successfully by hydrothermal method. Combined with X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM photographs, it is found that the morphology of rare earth fluoride is closely related to its structure. SmF3 is the transition point of its morphology, which is obviously different from the gadolinium broken effect of other chemical properties of rare earth compounds. The effect of pH on the morphology of rare earth fluoride prepared by hydrothermal reaction of NaBF4 as a fluorine source was also discussed. Finally, the luminescent properties of LaF3: Ce, Tb and LaF3: Yb, Er were studied.
