目的研究海燕Asterinasp.的化学成分。方法采用中压硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、高效液相半制备色谱和薄层制备等方法对海燕的化学成分进行分离,利用波谱分析技术和文献对照鉴定其结构。结果从海燕中分离得到10个含氮化合物,分别鉴定为尿嘧啶(1)、胸腺嘧啶(2)、次黄嘌呤(3)、尿嘧啶核苷(4)、2′-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(5)、鸟嘌呤核苷(6)、4-羟基-2′-脱氧嘧啶核苷(7)、3-甲基-2′-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(8)、氨基苯丙酰胺(9)、2′-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(10)。结论化合物3、5~9为首次从海燕中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Asterinasp. Methods The chemical constituents of Petunia hybrida were separated by medium pressure silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel permeation chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis and literature comparison. Results Ten compounds containing nitrogen were isolated and identified as uracil (1), thymine (2), hypoxanthine (3), uridine (4), 2’-deoxyuridine (5), guanosine (6), 4-hydroxy-2’-deoxy pyrimidine nucleoside (7), 3-methyl-2’-deoxythymidine (8) ), 2’-deoxythymidine (10). Conclusion Compounds 3, 5 ~ 9 were isolated from Petunia for the first time.
