班主任是平时接触学生最多、影响学生心理成长因素最大的人。目前,在职业学校班主任专业建设中仍存在很多问题。本文主要在心理学视角下,关注职业学校班主任专业化建设问题,提出相应的管理策略。
The teacher in charge of class is the one who has the most contact with students and affects the most students’ psychological growth. At present, there are still many problems in the professional construction of class supervisors in vocational schools. This article focuses on the professional construction of the head teacher in vocational schools from the perspective of psychology and puts forward corresponding management strategies.
