目的研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对老龄前期小鼠血液流变学的影响。方法采用毛细管微量法和毛细管微量热沉法分别测定红细胞压积(HCT)及纤维蛋白原(Fib),应用全自动血液流变仪测定全血粘度(ηb)、红细胞聚集系数(VAL)、血栓形成系数(TEL)。结果EGB(25,50,100mg·kg-1,ig,qd×21)可明显降低老龄前期小鼠的HCT、Fib,同时可降低ηb,缩小VAL及TEL。结论EGB能明显降低老龄前期小鼠血液粘度,对其血液流变性具显著改善作用
Objective To study the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGB) on hemorrheology in pre-aging mice. Methods The contents of hematocrit (ηb), erythrocyte aggregation coefficient (VAL) and thrombus were measured by capillary flow microtitration and capillary calorimetry respectively.
