在中共中央组织部和共青团中央的安排下,从2001年起,先后有三批博士服务团到我区挂职锻炼服务。博士团成员在广西这片热土上洒下辛勤的汗水,写下了动人的篇章,深得全区广大干部群众的称赞。2004年 10月,又有14名博士来到我区进行为期一年的挂职锻炼服务,在即将踏上新征程的时候,自治区党委副书记刘奇 Under the arrangement of the Central Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, there have been three batch of doctoral training missions to serve in our district since 2001. The members of the Ph.D. delegation shed lots of sweat on the hot land in Guangxi and wrote a moving chapter, winning the praise of the cadres and masses in the region. In October 2004, another 14 PhDs came to our district for one-year suspension training service. As soon as they embarked on a new journey, Liu Qi, deputy party secretary of the autonomous region,
