近年来,随着煤矿采掘不断向纵深方向发展,对综采设备的运行稳定性提出了较高的要求。皮带机是煤矿井下生产中不可或缺的设备之一,它的主要作用是运输物料。然而,由于各种原因的影响,使得皮带机经常会出现跑偏的情况,这在一定程度上影响了其正常运行,当跑偏严重时,还会引起机架磨穿等问题。为此,必须采取有效的方法对该问题加以解决处理。基于此点,文章就井下皮带机调偏轮的设计与应用进行分析。
In recent years, with the continuous development of coal mining depth direction, the stability of the operation of the fully mechanized mining equipment put forward higher requirements. Belt conveyor is one of the indispensable equipment in coal mine production. Its main function is to transport materials. However, due to various reasons, the belt conveyor often makes the deviation occurs, which to some extent, affecting its normal operation, when the deviation is serious, it will lead to rack wear and other issues. To this end, we must take effective measures to solve the problem. Based on this point, the article analyzes the design and application of the downhole belt conveyor adjusting wheel.
