关于寄生虫染色体的研究,从Beneden(1883)开始至今近一百年来,已报告的吸虫类染色体共有174种。吸虫分类的早期研究,主要是以形态学为基础,近代已发展到细胞学和遗传学的方法。Sakaguch(1977,79,80),Moriyama(1977,79,80),Hiroyuki(1978)分别对肝片形吸虫、阔盘吸虫以及中华支睾吸虫的染色体进行了研究。近年国内外对并殖吸虫也进行了较多的研究,新的虫种和对人体致病的虫种不断发现,而对某些并殖吸虫种的分类问题尚有许多争论,因此仅以形态学方法
