创新是时代的特征,企业是市场竞争的主体,自主创新则是加速企业发展的动力和源。为了打造云南机场集团公司服务品牌的效应特别是重点发挥昆明机场的优势,使之在航空运输市场上立于不败,实现集团公司建设面向东南亚、南亚门户枢纽机场的愿景目标。本文通过分析昆明机场服务品牌创新的市场需求,就昆明机场服务品牌的跟进创新、引进创新到自主创新提出一些粗浅的看法,以期为昆明机场提高服务质量、创新服务品牌提供理论支持,并为推动云南民用航空事业的发展做出贡献。

In order to create the effect of service brand of Yunnan Airport Group Co., Ltd., especially make full use of the advantages of Kunming Airport, make it unbeaten in the air transport market and achieve the vision of the Group Company to build the airport facing Southeast Asia and South Asia. By analyzing the market demand of service brand innovation in Kunming Airport, this paper presents some superficial opinions on the follow-up innovation of Kunming Airport service brand and the introduction of innovation to independent innovation in order to provide theoretical support for Kunming Airport to improve service quality and innovation service brand, Promote the development of Yunnan civil aviation to make contribution.
