目的 研究IL 5在人类鼻息肉组织中的含量和表达 ,探讨其在嗜酸粒细胞聚集微环境控制中的意义和鼻息肉病的概念。方法 采用ELISA法和免疫组化ABC法检测白介素 5 (interleukin 5 ,IL 5 )在 40例鼻息肉患者鼻息肉组织中的含量和表达 ,并以鼻息肉患者和健康人下鼻甲粘膜作对照。结果 ①鼻息肉组织中IL 5的含量高于鼻息肉患者和健康鼻下鼻甲粘膜者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,后两者之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;鼻鼻窦粘膜呈广泛性息肉样变 ,有前期手术史 ,并伴有变应性鼻炎鼻息肉组织中IL 5的含量高于不伴有这些特点者 (P <0 0 5 ) ;鼻息肉组织中IL 5的含量与患者的年龄、性别无关 ;②IL 5在 80 1%的嗜酸粒细胞中表达 ,仅有 3 7%的淋巴细胞和 /或中性粒细胞表达IL 5 ,其在上皮细胞中则不表达 ;在所有表达IL 5的细胞中 90 9%为嗜酸粒细胞 ;IL 5在鼻息肉组织的嗜酸粒细胞中的表达强于鼻息肉患者和健康鼻下鼻甲粘膜者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其在后两者中的表达差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;IL 5在鼻鼻窦粘膜呈广泛性息肉样变 ,有前期手术史伴有变应性鼻炎鼻息肉组织的嗜酸粒细胞中的表达强于不伴有这些特点者 (P <0 0 5 ) ;IL 5在鼻息肉组织和下鼻甲粘膜的淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞中表达差异均无显著性 (P均 >0 0 5 )。结?
