目的:探讨制川乌配伍白芍的增效作用及其作用机理。方法:采用小鼠二甲苯耳壳肿胀的关节炎模型,以中医风寒湿痹证模型检测炎性因子(PGE_2)、一氧化氮(NO)等指标,以揭示制川乌配伍白芍增效作用机理。结果:制川乌配伍白芍有明显的增效作用:能抑制小鼠二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀现象,也能提高大鼠血浆中PGE_2、血清中NO的含量。结论:制川乌和白芍配伍有一定的抗炎增效作用,其抗炎机理可能与调节血浆中PGE_2和血清中NO含量变化有关。
Objective: To investigate the synergic effect and mechanism of Radix Aconiti damalek combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods: The mouse model of arthritis with xylene and ear swelling was used to detect the inflammatory cytokines (PGE2) and nitric oxide (NO) in the model of rheumatoid arthritis in order to reveal the synergic mechanism of Radix Aconiti combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba. Results: Radix Aconiti combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba has obvious synergistic effects: it can inhibit the swelling of the ear caused by xylene in mice, and also increase the content of PGE 2 in the plasma and NO in the serum. Conclusion: The compatibility of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Radix Paeoniae Alba has certain anti-inflammatory and synergistic effects, and its anti-inflammatory mechanism may be related to the regulation of PGE 2 in plasma and the change of NO in serum.
