目的:针对搬运、包扎、止血、固定四大战救技术的传统训练方法缺乏系统的日常训练方案和操作性强的教具问题,设计了一套便携式单兵自救互救能力训练系统。方法:系统用模拟伤口的充气袖带、导管和压力传感器采集到信号,经由微控处理器电路的处理得到了对应压力的电信号传递给显示模块,蓝牙将训练时施加的压力传输到显示器,并通过比对预先测得的数据检测出训练的效果。结果:成功设计了一款便携式战救训练效果检测装置,具有数据可视、便于携带、操作快捷、测量精确的优点。结论:本系统使基层连队官兵战救技术的日常训练测试的系统化和标准化成为可能,对现代化战地医疗救助训练有着十分重要的指导与推动意义。
OBJECTIVE: To design a set of training system of portable self-help and mutual-aid abilities according to the traditional training methods of handling, banding, stopping bleeding and fixing the four salvage techniques, lacking systematic daily training programs and strong teaching aids. Methods: The system collected the signals with inflatable cuffs, catheters and pressure sensors that simulate the wound, and obtained the electrical signals corresponding to the pressure through the processing of the micro-processor circuit to the display module. The pressure transmitted by Bluetooth during training will be transmitted to the display, And by comparing the pre-measured data to detect the effect of training. Results: The successful design of a portable warfare training effect detection device, with data visualization, easy to carry, quick operation, the advantages of accurate measurement. Conclusion: This system makes it possible to systematize and standardize the daily training and testing of the officers and soldiers of the grassroots units in the field of war salvage technology. It has very important guidance and promotion significance for the modern medical rescue training in field.
