目的:探讨新入职公务员组织公民行为的特点,并考察组织公民行为与工作满意度的关系。方法:采用组织公民行为量表、工作满意度量表对217名省直属机关新入职公务员进行调查。结果:(1)新入职公务员组织公民行为在人口学变量上不存在显著差异。(2)工作满意度的各维度与组织公民行为的组织认同、协助同事和敬业守法三个维度有显著的正相关。(3)管理措施满意度和工作激励满意度可预测认同组织维度,团体合作满意度可预测协助同事维度,工作激励满意度和领导行为满意度可预测敬业守法维度。结论:新入职公务员工作满意度越高,其协助同事、组织认同和敬业守法等组织公民行为也越多。
Objective: To explore the characteristics of civil service behavior of newly recruited civil servants and to examine the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Methods: The organizational citizenship behavior scale and job satisfaction scale were used to investigate the newly recruited civil servants in 217 provincial organs. Results: (1) Citizenship behavior of newly recruited civil servants did not show any significant difference in demographic variables. (2) There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of job satisfaction and organizational identity of OCB, as well as the co-workers and compliance with law and order. (3) Satisfaction of Management Measures and Job Incentive Satisfaction Predictability Identification of Organizational Dimensions, Group Cooperation Satisfaction Predictable Dedication and Law-abiding Dimension to Assist Colleagues, Job Incentive Satisfaction and Leadership Behavior Satisfaction. Conclusion: The higher the job satisfaction of newly recruited civil servants, the more civil servants they act as assistants, organizations, organizations and law-abiding organizations.
