三点弯曲方法和四点弯曲方法经常用于夹层结构的弯曲特性测试,但是这些测试结果的可靠性很少有人研究。为了实现对夹层结构弯曲试验的误差分析,用国际公认的测量不确定度对其测试结果进行评定。首先,基于GB/T1456-2005测试标准和JF 1059-1999,简要介绍了试验测试原理和测量不确定度的基本概念及原理;其次,逐一对影响夹层结构弯曲模量和弯曲强度不确定度的各个变量进行分析;最后,在约定置信概率为95%的条件下,得到弯曲模量和弯曲强度的离散性小于4%,其扩展不确定度可以期望在(79.3-2.5)~(79.3+2.5)GPa区间和(207.9-2.3)~(207.9+2.3)MPa区间。
The three-point bending method and the four-point bending method are often used for the bending property test of the sandwich structure, but the reliability of these test results is seldom studied. In order to realize the error analysis of the bending test of sandwich structure, the test results are evaluated with the internationally accepted measurement uncertainty.
