近年,随着国民经济的发展和人们安全防范意识的提高,我国安防业进入了快速成长期。由于进入门槛较低,安防企业如雨后春笋一般不断增加。但是由于目前国内安防技术还落后于发达国家,因此大多数企业仍然在生产和销售技术含量低的产品,低廉的价格成为其唯一的竞争优势,从而导致整个行业生存环境恶劣。本文从我国安防制造企业的主要问题入手,简单叙述了从推行“精益生产”至建立“精益企业”的思路。 In recent years, with the development of the national economy and people’s awareness of safety precautions, China’s security industry has entered a period of rapid growth. Due to the low barriers to entry, security companies are mushrooming generally increasing. However, due to the current domestic security technology lags behind that of developed countries, most enterprises are still producing and selling low-tech products. Their low price has become their only competitive advantage, resulting in a harsh living environment for the entire industry. This article starts with the main problems of security manufacturing enterprises in our country and briefly describes the ideas from “lean manufacturing” to “establishing” “lean enterprise”.
