针对目前超导稳频振荡器(SCSO)具有高短期稳定度这一特点,详细介绍了超导谐振腔的设计,并对同轴线激励该超导微波腔内TE011模的输入输出耦合方式进行了仿真分析。仿真实验数据表明了设计的有效性。
