分析现场混装炸药车硝酸铵输送计量控制方法,找出硝酸铵计量不准确的原因是计量脉冲数量不足和硝酸铵料箱内料位变化。采用测速齿轮提高计量脉冲,根据试验数据建立料位高度补偿修正函数,改进计量控制程序等方法,提高了硝酸铵的计量精度,改善了现场混装炸药的生产质量和计量水平。
The analysis of the measurement control method of ammonium nitrate transport in the mixed explosives truck on site to find out the reason of the inaccurate measurement of ammonium nitrate is the lack of the metering pulse quantity and the change of material level in the ammonium nitrate tank. The use of tachometer gear to increase the metering pulse, the establishment of a material level compensation correction function based on the experimental data, and the improvement of the measurement control procedures and other methods to improve the measurement accuracy of ammonium nitrate and improve the production quality and measurement level of mixed explosives in the field.
