《危险化学品事故应急救援指南》(以下简称《指南》)由加拿大运输部、美国运输部、墨西哥交通运输秘书处以及阿根廷应急救援信息中心联合编写,为先期到达危险化学品运输事故现场的消防队员、警察等应急救援人员制定。本刊参考中国疾病预防控制中心组织编译的《危险化学品应急救援指南》(中国科学技术出版社,2008年第1版)有关内容,以分期连载的方式,对2012版《指南》的主要内容进行汇编,以给国内同行提供参考。
