研究了以NH-1-2.75-72Nomex蜂窝为芯层、SW-110A/5258高温固化环氧树脂玻璃布预浸料为蒙皮材料的A型蜂窝夹层结构平板基本力学性能。A型蜂窝夹层结构平板采用热压罐一次固化成型。测试了A型蜂窝夹层结构平板的弯曲、侧压、拉剪及滚筒剥离性能。结果表明:A型蜂窝夹层结构平板基本力学性能满足耐高温机载天线罩和卫星整流罩的设计要求。
The basic mechanical properties of A-type honeycomb sandwich structure with NH-1-2.75-72Nomex honeycomb as core layer and SW-110A / 5258 high temperature curing epoxy glass cloth prepreg as skin material were studied. A-type honeycomb sandwich structure plate with a pressure curing curing. The bending, lateral pressure, tensile shear and drum peel performance of type A honeycomb sandwich panel were tested. The results show that the basic mechanical properties of A-type honeycomb sandwich structure plate meet the design requirements of high temperature airborne radome and satellite fairing.
