学习小组是合作学习的有效载体,它能使学生人人参与学习过程,在参与的过程中体验成功的喜悦,获得心智的发展,展现生命的活力。而小组模式的建设,包括小组成员的结构划分、小组活动的主题设置以及活动成果的呈现与评价,每一个环节都是对教师的教学设计与组织能力的极大挑战。教师在整个环节当中,分别扮演了设计师、指挥家、导演和裁判的多重角色。那么,如何扮演好以上各种不同的身份,并解决好由此产生的矛盾冲突,使教师在课堂的驾驭上游刃有余、张弛有度呢?
Learning group is an effective carrier of cooperative learning, which enables students to participate in the learning process, experience the joy of success in the process of participation, access to mental development, to show the vitality of life. The construction of the group mode, including the structure division of the group members, the theme setting of the group activities and the presentation and evaluation of the activity results, are all great challenges to the teacher’s instructional design and organization ability. Throughout the course, teachers play the multiple roles of designer, conductor, director and referee, respectively. So, how to play a good variety of these different identities, and resolve the resulting contradictions and conflicts so that teachers in the classroom control ease and relaxation?
