汽油的调和方案是提高炼油厂经济效益的关键因素。通过现有汽油调和优化模型的分析,本文结合汽油辛烷值的预测模型IDPE模型,提出了1种以调和成本和辛烷值过剩最少为目标、将经验知识也作为约束条件的多目标优化汽油调和优化模型,该模型可应用于不同标号的汽油产品的调和。根据模型的非线性特征,采用遗传算法进行求解,最后,通过某炼油厂的1个应用实例验证了上述成品油调和优化模型及其求解方法的有效性,为炼油厂减少企业成本、保证产品合格率提供了新途径。
Gas blending program is to improve the economic efficiency of the refinery key factors.
