悲情意蕴在中国战争影片中是较为稀缺的,同时又是十分可贵的美学品质。悲情意蕴指向宏大历史背景与事件中具体人物的命运;指向战争进程、战争创伤所带来的个体性体悟;指向对人物精神情志层面的渲染与揭示;指向与受众心灵情感的共鸣沟通;指向不单纯是铭记胜利,更有深刻的反省反思。在“新时期”以及90年代至新世纪以来,部分中国战争影片探索了悲情意蕴的书写,创造了有别于悲壮的审美意蕴,塑造了一批生动感人的悲情英雄形象。
