目的：探讨甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植术治疗慢性肾衰致重症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法：对１９９５年１２月～２００１年９月经此方法治疗的１０例患者资料进行回顾性分析，并从定位诊断、手术适应证、围手术期处理等方面进行讨论。结果：１０例患者共切除增生的甲状旁腺３８枚，全部移植腺体成活，临床症状改善，各项化验结果逐步恢复正常。结论：对内科治疗无效的重症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进进行甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of total parathyroidectomy plus forearm transplantation in the treatment of severe secondary hyperparathyroidism caused by chronic renal failure. Methods: The data of 10 patients who were treated by this method from December 1995 to September 2001 were retrospectively analyzed and discussed from the aspects of positioning diagnosis, operation indications and perioperative management. Results: A total of 38 hyperplastic parathyroid glands were excised in 10 patients. All the glands were transplanted and the clinical symptoms were improved. The results of all the tests returned to normal. Conclusion: Total thyroidectomy plus forearm transplantation for severe secondary hyperparathyroidism, which is ineffective in medical treatment, is a safe and effective treatment.
